1. Delivery Timeline

We offer a standard 3-Business Day Delivery for all orders nationwide.

  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on Sundays/Public Holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will reach your doorstep within 3 business days.

2. Shipping Charges

3. Shipping Partners

To ensure reliable and fast delivery, we partner with Pakistan's leading courier services, including TCS, Leopards Courier, and M&P.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message (SMS/Email) containing your Tracking Number. You can track your shipment directly on our partner’s website or via our "Track Order" page.

 

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for all cities in Pakistan. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid delays.

6. Important Delivery Information

  • Address Accuracy: Please provide a complete and accurate address (including House/Plot number, Street, and nearby Landmarks) to ensure 3-day delivery.

  • Unreachable Locations: In rare cases where a location is extremely remote, delivery might take an additional 1-2 business days.

  • Verification: For first-time customers, we may perform a quick verification call before dispatching the order.

7. Delayed or Damaged Shipments

While we strive for 3-day delivery, delays may occur due to extreme weather, strikes, or unexpected road conditions. If your order is delayed beyond 5 business days, please contact our support team.

  • Damaged Items: If your package is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and notify us immediately.
